Names, schedules, and assignments. This data is stored LOCALLY on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
2.B. Usage and Technical Data

When you use the App, we automatically collect specific identifiers and metrics:

  • Unique Device Identifier: We collect a device ID (such as IDFV or Android ID) to identify your hardware. This is used strictly to grant and manage your 1-month free trial access and prevent trial abuse.
  • Device Information: Device model and OS version to ensure App compatibility.
  • Usage Metrics: Anonymous data on feature usage and crash reports to help us improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

  1. Authentication: To identify you as a valid user via Firebase.
  2. Trial Management: To verify eligibility for the one-time 1-month free trial using your Device ID.
  3. Local Management: To allow you to manage rosters directly on your hardware without external data exposure.
  4. App Improvement: To diagnose technical issues and optimize performance.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your breaks and roster data are stored locally on your device. While we use **Firebase's native security** for your account authentication, the security of your local data depends on your device's own security settings (passcodes, biometrics, and encryption).

6. Your Rights & Deletion

You have full control over your personal information:

  • Local Data: You can clear all roster data at any time by deleting entries within the app or uninstalling the app.
  • Account Deletion: You can delete your Firebase account via the 'Delete Account' button in the App's settings. This permanently removes your email and Auth ID from our authentication records.
